Depending upon which branch of the law they have chosen to work in, Legal. Legal Executives are highly valued lawyers and their potential salaries reflect this. Rates of pay vary according to the type of employer, place of employment, the nature of work and the extent of their ability to work on their own initiative.However, some employers look for, other diploma courses in several disciplines of law, including Administrative Law, International Law, Labor Laws, Tax Laws and Corporate Laws in addition to the LL.B degree. Lawyers are appointed in central services ( Indian legal service) through UPSC on grounds of their experience in the field. Post covered under Indian legal service are Law officers, Assistant Advisors, Dy. Legal Advisors and Legal Advisors. State judicial services is one avenue to which recruitment is made by way of a competitive examination conducted by the State Public Service Commissions. Government sector also provides job opportunities to the law graduates as Public Prosecutors, Solicitors, Deputy/Additional Advocate Generals or even Advocate Generals. Most of the State governments hold the competitive examination for selection of the Public Prosecutors/District Attorneys. Employment of lawyers is expected to grow, primarily as a result of growth in the population and in the general level of business activities throughout the world. Employment growth of lawyers also will result from growth in demand for legal services in such areas as elder, antitrust, environmental, and intellectual-property law. A Solicitor General makes sure that the Attorney General performs his duties properly. The service in a solicitor's firm is more efficient. Clients get expertise and skill in preparing their case, and they get a lawyer who is a good speaker. Solicitors give legal advice and represent clients in legal matters. Solicitor's firms undertake cases related to their area of work. While small firms may work in one specific area, large firms have a number of specialised departments. Legal advisors counsel their clients as to their legal rights and obligations and suggest the appropriate course of action in business and personal matters. They also check deeds, issue writs, collect information for affidavits and draft legal documents. Lawyers are inducted into the Government ministries every year through a UPSC interview. The minimum qualification is a Master's degree in law with five years' experience.

Executive - Legal Consultancy Services

The candidate should be graduate with specialization in Law having minimum experience of 5 years with Senior Advocates. He should be able to provide the legal services like preparation of Lease Deed documents, business contracts / documents, MOU with Indian / Foreign buyers / suppliers, equitable mortgage documents with banks etc. to the SEZ units independently.

Legal Manager

Preparation, negotiation and review of legal agreements governing commercial relationships with third parties with whom the company has dealings. This covers a wide variety of different legal agreements.
Scrutiny and verification of documents for purchase/acquisition of premises for opening new stores.
Drafting various types of Property Deeds
Drafting of confidentiality agreements
Provide strategic legal advice and act proactively as required to minimize legal risks faced by the company
Appointing and coordinating with legal counsels/consultants
Represent the company at briefings in legal matters
Deal with and manage correspondence with regulatory and other governmental authorities in connection with company business

Ideal candidate will be a Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, legal and investigatory issues. A paralegal certification would be an added advantage. The incumbent will be in charge of overseeing and managing compliance issues within the organization,ensuring that the organization is complying with all the regulatory requirements, and its employees are complying with internal policies and procedures. He/ she will be responsible for developing and implementing stratgeies to ensure the corporate values and ethical standards are emphasized, communicated and integrated throughout the international operations. Legal Finance Officer

Job Responsiblities

Partner with other finance leaders to ensure ‘one single finance’ strategy is implemented • Act as the primary customer relationship across business lines

• Explain and implement locally the Amex Finance vision. Responsibilities: • Own budget, forecast and actual P&L • Proactively assess and track investments •

Legal Research Executive

Experience in legal research and drafting of briefs, memoranda and court filings. Our litigation team performs traditional non-court attendance based litigation services for US and European law firms and corporate counsels. These services include researching issues based on US law and drafting relevant briefs and memoranda and conversing with corporate in-house counsels or attorneys at law firms regarding the issues and the research. Candidates with experience in Westlaw or LexisNexis (databases) are preferred. Candidates should have excellent command over written and communication skills.

Candidate should be LLB/LLM with minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Real Estate.Knowledge of Legal Framework for BOT/Real Estate Projects essential.Should posses expert knowledge on property Laws,land Acquisition for development of housing,Industrial and commercial projects,legal documentation for property transaction etc.Should be able to handle the legal department independently and provide legal department independently and provide legal support to the Real Estate Business interests of the organization.

Good communication skill and co ordination with all concerned.

Should be well versed with Property laws and interpretation, Construction matters, Land acquisition and sourcing of properties. Drafting and finalizing legal documents, coordinating with Advocates/Solicitors. Preparing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); Letter of Intent, Preparing case history and briefs for counsels.

Should have excellent drafting & communication skills
