Executive - Legal Consultancy Services

The candidate should be graduate with specialization in Law having minimum experience of 5 years with Senior Advocates. He should be able to provide the legal services like preparation of Lease Deed documents, business contracts / documents, MOU with Indian / Foreign buyers / suppliers, equitable mortgage documents with banks etc. to the SEZ units independently.

Legal Manager

Preparation, negotiation and review of legal agreements governing commercial relationships with third parties with whom the company has dealings. This covers a wide variety of different legal agreements.
Scrutiny and verification of documents for purchase/acquisition of premises for opening new stores.
Drafting various types of Property Deeds
Drafting of confidentiality agreements
Provide strategic legal advice and act proactively as required to minimize legal risks faced by the company
Appointing and coordinating with legal counsels/consultants
Represent the company at briefings in legal matters
Deal with and manage correspondence with regulatory and other governmental authorities in connection with company business
Liaison with various government & statutory authorities.
Briefing, advising, co-ordinating with clients / agencies
Assist in all secretarial work of the organization

Company Secretary

The incubent should be a qualified ACS and LLB. The candidate would be posted in our corporate office. He/ she would be resposible for the legal and secretarial matters of the company.The incubent should experience preferably in Real Estate company. The CTC offered would be very attractive. Executive Legal

Qualified Law Graduate from recognized university. Person working in coorporate set up and looking after civil matters with particular focus on property related matters. Should be very good in drafting property agreements,Lease agreements,debts

Compliance Officer

Ideal candidate will be a Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, legal and investigatory issues. A paralegal certification would be an added advantage. The incumbent will be in charge of overseeing and managing compliance issues within the organization,ensuring that the organization is complying with all the regulatory requirements, and its employees are complying with internal policies and procedures. He/ she will be responsible for developing and implementing stratgeies to ensure the corporate values and ethical standards are emphasized, communicated and integrated throughout the international operations. Other responsibilities include collaborating with experts in the legal, Internal Auditing and the Human resources to ensure that the international operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations in the countries where the organization operates and also recommend changes in the compliance policies and practices if required.

Legal Finance Officer

Job Responsiblities

Partner with other finance leaders to ensure ‘one single finance’ strategy is implemented • Act as the primary customer relationship across business lines

• Explain and implement locally the Amex Finance vision. Responsibilities: • Own budget, forecast and actual P&L • Proactively assess and track investments •

Prepare ad hoc analyses as requested by LOBs • Own due diligence process in portfolio acquisition projects

• Own all finance issues related to AXP (LFO will liaise with other functions, such as Controllers, the FC, Operations, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Procurement, Facility Management) to close issues • Provide accurate and timely advice on all financial issues impacting AXP activity in India

• Proactively track macro-economic, industry, competitive activities and alert the CET as necessary

• Manage cost management, Business Transformation, revenue enhancements and all reengineering activities for the market • Provide business decision support (e.g., NPV, ROA, ROE)

• Represent the Finance community at the CET, on behalf of Controllers, Administration, Facilities, Treasury, the FC, and other Finance organizations (e.g., OPS, Technology)

• The LFO escalates finance issues to the CET and is also responsible of sharing info with the various Finance groups

• Develop the Employee Survey Action Plan and ensure effective implementation of the plan • Ensure that goals are aligned and consistent among the various Finance groups

• Conduct talent assessments • Drive employee activities, EEAT, and training to ensure consistency among Finance.

Legal Research Executive

Experience in legal research and drafting of briefs, memoranda and court filings. Our litigation team performs traditional non-court attendance based litigation services for US and European law firms and corporate counsels. These services include researching issues based on US law and drafting relevant briefs and memoranda and conversing with corporate in-house counsels or attorneys at law firms regarding the issues and the research. Candidates with experience in Westlaw or LexisNexis (databases) are preferred. Candidates should have excellent command over written and communication skills.

Legal Assistant

Candidate should be LLB/LLM with minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Real Estate.Knowledge of Legal Framework for BOT/Real Estate Projects essential.Should posses expert knowledge on property Laws,land Acquisition for development of housing,Industrial and commercial projects,legal documentation for property transaction etc.Should be able to handle the legal department independently and provide legal department independently and provide legal support to the Real Estate Business interests of the organization.

Advocate/Legal Manager

Knowledge of Legal aspect of the Real Estate business.

Have capacity to extend legal support to the sales team.

Good communication skill and co ordination with all concerned.

Should be well versed with Property laws and interpretation, Construction matters, Land acquisition and sourcing of properties. Drafting and finalizing legal documents, coordinating with Advocates/Solicitors. Preparing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); Letter of Intent, Preparing case history and briefs for counsels.

Should have excellent drafting & communication skills

Should know investigation of title and have knowledge of the Maharashtra Land Revenue code, and all associated laws and practices.
